§ 20¹. Töölepingud ning haridus- ja kutsenõuded
(1) Enne 2007. aasta 1. maid direktoritega sõlmitud töölepingud jäävad kehtima ja neid saab lõpetada üksnes Eesti Vabariigi töölepingu seaduses sätestatud tingimustel ja korras. (2) Enne 2007. aasta 1. maid ametis olevatele direktoritele kohalduvad enne 2007. aasta 1. maid kehtinud haridus- ja kutsenõuded.
