§ 10 Übergangsvorschriften
Begonnene Prüfungsverfahren können bis zum 31. Dezember 2009 nach den bisherigen Vorschriften zu Ende geführt werden. Auf Antrag kann die zuständige Stelle die Wiederholungsprüfung auch gemäß dieser Verordnung durchführen; § 7 Abs. 2 findet in diesem Fall keine Anwendung. Im Übrigen kann bei der Anmeldung zur Prüfung bis zum 30. Juni 2008 die Anwendung der bisherigen Vorschriften bis zum 31. Dezember 2009 beantragt werden.
