Anpassung an neues Recht Die Gemeindeordnung und die übrigen von diesem Gesetz vorgeschriebenen Reglemente sind binnen zwei Jahren nach Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes zu erlassen. Bestehende Reglemente sind dem neuen Recht anzupassen. Die Regierung kann diese Frist auf begründetes Gesuch hin verlängern.
