Art. 56 D. Geschäftsprüfungskommission
Wahl 1) Die Gemeindeversammlung wählt innerhalb von sechs Monaten nach der Gemeinderatswahl eine Geschäftsprüfungskommission. Diese besteht aus drei oder fünf Mitgliedern. Die Zahl wird in der Gemeindeordnung festgelegt. 2) Die Geschäftsprüfungskommission wird für eine Amtsdauer von vier Jahren gewählt.
