Verordnung über das Rechnungswesen Die Regierung regelt das Rechnungswesen der Gemeinden und dessen Kontrolle mit Verordnung. Die Verordnung hat Bestimmungen über die Erstellung des jährlichen Voranschlags, die Verwaltung des Gemeindevermögens, die Fonds und Gemeindeanstalten und die Erstellung der Gemeinderechnung zu enthalten. Vor Erlass der Verordnung sind die Gemeinden anzuhören.
