Art. 97
Nachtragskredite 1) Fehlt für einen im Laufe des Verwaltungsjahres notwendigen Aufwand der Kredit oder reicht der im Voranschlag bewilligte Kredit nicht aus, so ist vor Eingehung der neuen Verpflichtung oder Vornahme der Zahlung vom Gemeinderat ein Nachtragskredit zu beschliessen. 2) Nachtragskredite entfallen für Zahlungen, die teuerungsbedingt sind oder sich aufgrund gesetzlicher Anteile Dritter an bestimmten Erträgen zwingend ergeben.
