Abwässer mit Fett und Mineralölanfall 1 Abwässer mit Fett- oder Mineralölanfall (Restaurationsküchen, Garagen, Werkstätten usw.) sind gemäss der Schweizer Norm SN 592 000 vorzubehandeln. 10Kanalisationsverordnung 2 Leerung, Reinigung und Kontrolle der Mineralöl- und Fettabscheider und die Entsorgung der Abgänge werden auf Kosten des Eigentümers durch Entsorgung + Recycling Zürich oder durch eine von Entsorgung + Recycling Zürich zugelassene Firma wahrgenommen.
