Einzelanschluss 1 Jedes Grundstück ist für sich und wenn möglich ohne Benützung von fremdem Privatgrund zu entwässern. Für jedes Grundstück wird nur ein Anschluss bei Mischsystem beziehungsweise werden nur zwei Anschlüsse bei Trennsystem im öffentlichen Kanalnetz zugelassen. Ausnahmen sind nur in besonderen Fällen mit Bewilligung von Entsorgung + Recycling Zürich zulässig.
