§ 11 Anwendung des Abschnitts 3
(1) Eine Bescheinigung nach § 8 wird ausgestellt, sofern die Annahme nach dem in § 10 Abs. 1 genannten Zeitpunkt und auf Grund der in Artikel 17 Buchstabe c des Übereinkommens vorgesehenen Zustimmungen vollzogen worden ist. (2) Eine Bestätigung nach § 9 wird erteilt, sofern das Übereinkommen im Verhältnis zwischen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und dem Staat, dessen zuständige Stelle die zur Bestätigung vorgelegte Bescheinigung ausgestellt hat, in Kraft ist.
