1) Haldusjärelevalve läbiviija ülesanded on järgmised: 1) kontrollida õppe- ja kasvatustegevust reguleerivatest õigusaktidest tulenevate nõuete täitmist; 2) analüüsida probleeme õppe- ja kasvatustegevust reguleerivate õigusaktide rakendamisel; 3) kontrollida riigieelarvest huvikoolile eraldatud vahendite kasutamise õiguspärasust.
