§ 27. Tööstusomandi esemele õiguskaitse andmisega seotud andmete kandmine registrisse
(1) Tööstusomandi esemele õiguskaitse andmise kanne (registreeringu kanne) tehakse registrisse Patendiameti pädeva ametniku otsuse alusel. (2) Tööstusomandi esemele antakse sellele õiguskaitse andmisel kordumatu number (registreeringu number) ning registrisse kantakse õiguskaitse kehtivusaeg koos muude tööstusomandi seaduses ettenähtud andmetega.
