§ 29. Registreeringu jagamisega seotud uue registreeringu andmete kandmine registrisse
(1) Igale jagamise teel saadud registreeringule antakse uus registreeringu number ja avatakse registris uus kirje. (2) Uue registreeringu andmed esitatakse varasema registreeringu alusel. Uus registreering peab sisaldama viidet varasemale registreeringule. (3) Kui registreeringu jagamisega kaasneb tööstusomandi eseme võõrandamine või üleminek, kohaldatakse tööstusomandi seaduses tööstusomandi eseme võõrandamise või ülemineku kohta sätestatut.
