§ 41. Töökeel
(1) Apellatsioonikomisjoni töökeel on eesti keel. (2) Dokumendid, mis ei ole eesti keeles, esitatakse apellatsioonikomisjonile käesoleva seaduse § 9 lõike 3 kohaselt koos eestikeelse tõlkega. Kui dokumendi tõlget tähtpäevaks ei esitata, võib apellatsioonikomisjon jätta dokumendi tähelepanuta.
