§ 1. Vaidlustuskomisjon
Riigihangete vaidlustuskomisjon (edaspidi vaidlustuskomisjon) on kohtuväline vaidluste lahendamise organ, mis viib läbi riigihangete seaduses sätestatud vaidlustusmenetlust seaduses ettenähtud alustel ja korras.
§ 1. Vaidlustuskomisjon
Riigihangete vaidlustuskomisjon (edaspidi vaidlustuskomisjon) on kohtuväline vaidluste lahendamise organ, mis viib läbi riigihangete seaduses sätestatud vaidlustusmenetlust seaduses ettenähtud alustel ja korras.
