§ 45 Fürsorge
Der Dienstherr hat im Rahmen des Dienst- und Treueverhältnisses für das Wohl der Beamtinnen und Beamten und ihrer Familien, auch für die Zeit nach Beendigung des Beamtenverhältnisses, zu sorgen. Er schützt die Beamtinnen und Beamten bei ihrer amtlichen Tätigkeit und in ihrer Stellung.
