§ 48 Pflicht zum Schadensersatz
Beamtinnen und Beamte, die vorsätzlich oder grob fahrlässig die ihnen obliegenden Pflichten verletzen, haben dem Dienstherrn, dessen Aufgaben sie wahrgenommen haben, den daraus entstehenden Schaden zu ersetzen. Haben mehrere Beamtinnen oder Beamte gemeinsam den Schaden verursacht, haften sie als Gesamtschuldner.
