§ 1 Sachlicher Geltungsbereich
Die Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung gelten für Vorsorgemaßnahmen nach dem Wassersicherstellungsgesetz zur Deckung des lebensnotwendigen Bedarfs an Trinkwasser, zur Versorgung mit Betriebswasser im unentbehrlichen Umfang und zur Deckung des Bedarfs an Löschwasser.
