Unvereinbarkeit 1 Niemand darf gleichzeitig in mehreren mit dem Konkordat geschaffenen Organen Einsitz nehmen. 2 Die Mitglieder der mit dem vorliegenden Konkordat geschaffenen Organe dürfen weder Mitglied eines Organs noch Mitarbeitende von Geldspielunternehmen oder von Fabrikations- und Handelsbetrieben der Geldspielbranche sein noch dürfen sie an solchen Unternehmungen beteiligt sein oder ein Mandat für eine solche Unternehmung ausüben.
