Art. 51 ERSTER ABSCHNITT: ALLGEMEINE BESTIMMUNGEN
Massgebender Gesamtaufwand Der im Rahmen der nachfolgenden Bestimmungen mit Abgaben zu finanzierende Gesamtaufwand setzt sich wie folgt zusammen: a.
