Gebührenzuschlag Die GESPA kann Zuschläge bis zu 50 Prozent der Gebühren gemäss Art. 54 f. erheben für Dienstleistungen oder Verfügungen, die a. auf Ersuchen hin dringlich verrichtet oder erlassen werden, oder b. ausserhalb der normalen Arbeitszeit verrichtet oder erlassen werden müssen.
