Beginn und Ende der Abgabepflicht 1 Die Abgabepflicht beginnt mit der Erteilung der Veranstalterbewilligung und endet mit deren Entzug bzw. mit der Entlassung aus der Aufsicht. 2 Beginnt oder endet die Abgabepflicht nicht mit dem Rechnungsjahr, so ist die Abgabe pro rata temporis geschuldet.
