Einmalige Abgabe für die Gewährung ausschliesslicher Veranstaltungsrechte 1 Die einmalige Abgabe gemäss Art. 50 beträgt gesamthaft CHF 3 Mio. 2 Der Betrag gemäss Abs. 1 wird im Verhältnis der im ersten Jahr nach Inkrafttreten dieses Konkordats erzielten Bruttospielerträge auf die Inhaberinnen oder Inhaber der ausschliesslichen Veranstaltungsrechte verteilt. 3 Die Trägerschaft verwendet den Ertrag aus der einmaligen Abgabe gemäss Abs. 1 zur Ausstattung der GESPA mit Kapital (Art. 27 Abs. 1).
