§ 4. Andmekogusse kantud andmete kaitse
(1) Andmekogusse kantud andmete turbeaste on madal (L). (2) Andmekogu turvaklass on K1T1S1. (3) Andmekogu vastutav ja volitatud töötleja tagavad organisatsiooniliste, füüsiliste ja infotehnoloogiliste turvameetmetega andmete käideldavuse, tervikluse ja konfidentsiaalsuse.
