§ 16 Budgetverantwortung
1 Bei der Erfolgsrechnung ist die/der Budgetverantwortliche für das betreffende Konto zuständig. 2 Bei den Verpflichtungskrediten (Investitionsrechnung) ist die/der zuständige Projektleiter/in verantwortlich. 3 Jedes Departement bestimmt pro Konto oder ganze Kostenstelle die Budgetverantwortlichen und deren Stellvertretung mit: a) Name und Vorname, b) Funktion, c) Unterschrift, d) Visumskürzel. 4 Die Stadtbuchhaltung führt die Liste der Budgetverantwortlichen.
