§ 8 Finanzkennzahlen
1 Im Budget und im Finanzplan werden folgende Finanzkennzahlen ausgewiesen: a) Selbstfinanzierungsgrad; b) Selbstfinanzierungsanteil; c) Investitionsanteil; d) Zinsbelastungsanteil; e) Kapitaldienstanteil. 2 In der Jahresrechnung werden folgende Finanzkennzahlen ausgewiesen: a) Nettoschuld pro Einwohnerin / Einwohner; b) Bruttoverschuldungsanteil; c) Nettoverschuldungsquotient; d) Selbstfinanzierungsgrad; e) Selbstfinanzierungsanteil; f) Investitionsanteil; g) Zinsbelastungsanteil; h) Kapitaldienstanteil.
