1 Für folgende bewegliche Gegenstände mit einem Anschaffungswert von mehr als CHF 5'000.00 sind Inventare zu führen: Bezeichnung Verantwortlich Büromaschinen Präsidialdepartement Kunstwerke Präsidialdepartement Hard- und Software Finanzdepartement Mobiliar Verwaltung Finanzdepartement Mobiliar Schule Bildungsdepartement Musikinstrumente Bildungsdepartement Apparate, Geräte, Maschinen, Werkzeuge alle Departemente Fahrzeuge Werkhof, Feuerwehr 2 Zu erfassen sind: a) Gegenstand; b) Anschaffungswert; c) Anschaffungsjahr; d) Standort. 3 Es ist periodisch zu überprüfen, ob die beweglichen Objekte vorhanden sind. Die Inventarliste ist entsprechend aktuell zu halten.
