§ 12 Verpflegung, persönlicher Bedarf
Der Soldat erhält Truppenverpflegung; Tabakwaren, andere Genußmittel, zusätzliche Nahrungsmittel und Mittel zur Körperpflege sind in angemessenem Umfang gestattet. Gegenstände, die die Sicherheit oder Ordnung im Vollzug gefährden, können ausgeschlossen werden. Besitz und Genuß alkoholischer Getränke sowie anderer Rauschmittel sind untersagt.
