1 Nach der Besprechung mit der Leitung der Finanzkontrolle werden das Revisionsprogramm für das kommende Geschäftsjahr und der Rechenschaftsbericht über das vergangene Geschäftsjahr vom Vorsteher des Finanzdepartementes und der Finanzreferentin der Stadt Schaffhausen genehmigt. 2 Sie sorgen dafür, dass vor der Genehmigung die allfälligen Mitwirkungsrechte der Geschäftsprüfungskommission des Grossen Rates und der Rechnungsprüfungs- beziehungsweise Geschäftsprüfungskommission des Grossen Stadtrates berücksichtigt werden.
