1 Die Finanzkontrolle handelt für das jeweils zuständige Gemeinwesen nach dessen Vorschriften. 2 Die Finanzkontrolle erfüllt nur Prüfungsaufgaben im Sinne von Art. 37 ff. des Finanzhaushaltgesetzes beziehungsweise der städtischen Vorschriften. 3 Das Reglement des Regierungsrates vom 16. November 1982 über die kantonale Finanzkontrolle und das Reglement über die Finanzkontrolle der Stadt Schaffhausen vom 3. Oktober 1977 sollen innert Jahresfrist durch ein neues Reglement ersetzt werden. 4 Alle der Finanzkontrolle bisher übertragenen zusätzlichen Aufgaben sowie die Belegkontrolle werden bis spätestens Ende 2001 anderen Dienststellen zugeteilt. 2. Leitung und Unterstellung der Dienststelle
