Artikel 19
Verwendung unerlaubter Hilfsmittel 1 Wer ein Prüfungsergebnis verfälscht, namentlich durch Verwendung nicht erlaubter Hilfsmittel beeinflusst oder zu beeinflussen versucht, hat die Anwaltsprüfung für dieses Mal nicht bestanden und wird frühestens in einem Jahr zur Wiederholung zugelassen. Vorbehalten bleibt Artikel 18 Absatz 4.
