Höhe und Erhebung 1 Die Prüfungsgebühr beträgt 900 Franken. Die Gebühr wird vorschussweise erhoben. Die Nichtbezahlung gilt als Nichtantreten der schriftlichen Prüfung. 2 Wird die schriftliche Prüfung nicht angetreten, verfällt ein Betrag von 250 Franken als Anteil an die Unkosten. Wird die mündliche Prüfung nicht angetreten, wird die hälftige Gebühr zurückerstattet. 7 Rechtspflege
