Übergangsbestimmungen a) Patent 1 Die politische Gemeinde ersetzt bestehende Patente innert drei Monaten seit Vollzugsbeginn dieses Gesetzes. 2 Bei Personen, die bei Vollzugsbeginn dieses Gesetzes im Besitz eines Patentes sind, gelten für die Weiterführung des Betriebes im bewilligten Umfang die Voraussetzungen nach Art. 8 Abs. 1 lit. a als erfüllt.
