§ 1 Bedeutung der entsprechenden Anwendung des § 15 Abs. 2 BEG
Die in § 28 Abs. 2 BEG für entsprechend anwendbar erklärte Vermutung des § 15 Abs. 2 BEG erstreckt sich nur darauf, daß die seinerzeit eingetretene Schädigung auf nationalsozialistische Gewaltmaßnahmen zurückzuführen ist. Die Vermutung erstreckt sich nicht auf den ursächlichen Zusammenhang zwischen dieser Schädigung und dem derzeitigen Gesundheitszustand des Verfolgten.
