§ 11a Anwendung der Vermutung bei Konzentrationslagerhaft von mindestens einem Jahr
(1) Die Anwendung der Vermutung des § 31 Abs. 2 BEG setzt voraus, daß der Verfolgte im Zeitpunkt der Entscheidung in seiner Erwerbsfähigkeit um 25 vom Hundert oder mehr gemindert ist. (2) Für die Berechnung der Dauer der Konzentrationslagerhaft findet § 45 Satz 3 BEG entsprechende Anwendung.
