§ 23 Anspruch nach § 41 BEG
Soweit § 41 BEG nichts anderes bestimmt, gelten für die Ansprüche der Hinterbliebenen des Verfolgten nach § 41 BEG die entsprechenden Vorschriften der Ersten Verordnung zur Durchführung des Bundesentschädigungsgesetzes in der Fassung der Verordnung vom 13. April 1966 (Bundesgesetzblatt I S. 292).
