(2) Der Anspruch besteht auch dann für den gesamten Schaden, wenn dieser durch nationalsozialistische Gewaltmaßnahmen nur abgrenzbar verschlimmert worden ist und der Verfolgungsschaden auf den Zustand, der die Heilbehandlung erfordert, nicht ohne Einfluß ist.
