§ 2 Betroffene Verträge
Diese Verordnung ist auch auf zwischen dem 1. Mai 2000 und dem 29. Mai 2001 abgeschlossene Verträge anzuwenden. Dies gilt nicht, soweit zwischen den Vertragsparteien ein rechtskräftiges Urteil ergangen oder ein verbindlich gewordener Vergleich abgeschlossen worden ist.
