Unter der Bezeichnung "Fonds Nebeneinkünfte Stadtrat“ besteht ein Fonds, über den die Nebeneinkünfte des Stadtrates im Sinne von § 4a der Verordnung über das Dienstverhältnis und die berufliche Vorsorge der Mitglieder des Stadtrates vom 19. August 2008 eingenommen, bei der Pensionskasse versichert und den Stadtratsmitgliedern nach Massgabe von Art. 3 ausgerichtet werden.
