1 In den Fonds fliessen die Einkünfte der amtierenden1) Stadtratsmitglieder aus Nebenämtern (einschliesslich Stadtschulrat), die in Zusammenhang mit dem Stadtratsmandat stehen und deren Ausübung im Interesse der Stadt liegt. 2 Ebenso fliessen die internen und externen Sitzungsgelder in den Fonds Nebeneinkünfte. 3 Die Stadtratsmitglieder sind dafür besorgt, dass die entsprechenden Einkünfte von den jeweiligen Auszahlungsstellen direkt an die Stadtkasse zuhanden des Fonds überwiesen werden.
