1 Die Mitglieder des Stadtrates erhalten jährlich eine Zusammenstellung über die Eingänge und Aufteilung der über den Fonds eingenommenen und ausbezahlten Beträge. 2 Die Fondsrechnung wird von der Finanzkontrolle von Kanton und Stadt Schaffhausen revidiert. 3 Sie wird der Geschäftsprüfungskommission jeweils jährlich mit der Verwaltungsrechnung unterbreitet.
