§ 5². Juhtivprokurör
(1) Juhtivprokurör juhib ringkonnaprokuratuuri ja täidab teisi seadusega temale pandud ülesandeid. (2) Riigi peaprokurör määrab juhtivprokurörile prokuröride hulgast asendaja juhuks, kui juhtivprokurör ei saa haiguse või muu takistuse tõttu ajutiselt oma ülesandeid täita.
