Dienstleistungen 1 Der Dienstzweig Geomatik erbringt folgende Dienstleistungen: a) Erhebung von Geo- und Sachdaten und Absteckungen; b) Auskünfte über Geodaten; c) Abgabe von Geodaten; d) Zurverfügungstellen von Geoportal und Webdiensten, Zugangsberechtigungsstufe A3; e) Zurverfügungstellen von Geoportal und Webdiensten, Zugangsberechtigungsstufe B4. 2 Im Einzelfall kann der Dienstzweig Geomatik verlangen, dass die nachfragende Person ein Interesse glaubhaft macht und den Verwendungszweck der Daten angibt.
