§ 37
Die §§ 32 und 33 sowie 34 Absatz 3 und 4, §§ 35 bis 36 gelten nicht für Lehrgänge für Personen aus Betrieben, die der Bergaufsicht unterliegen, wenn die Ausbildungspläne dieser Lehrgänge auf Grund bundes- und landesrechtlicher Vorschriften anerkannt sind. Insoweit gilt der Nachweis der Fachkunde für die Ausführung von Sprengarbeiten durch die erfolgreiche Teilnahme an einem solchen Lehrgang als erbracht.
