Art. 25 Grundsatz
1) Amtsstellen sind: a) die Stabsstellen der Kollegialregierung; b) die Stabsstellen der Ministerien; c) die Ämter. 2) Soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist, finden auf die Stabsstellen nach Abs. 1 Bst. a und b die Bestimmungen der Art. 34 bis 39 sinngemäss Anwendung.
