Art. 45 Ausschuss der Amtsstellenleiter
Die Amtsstellenleiter bestellen aus ihrer Mitte einen Ausschuss mit fünf Mitgliedern. Diesem obliegen insbesondere: a) die Vertretung ihrer Interessen; b) die Erarbeitung von gemeinsamen Positionen in Vernehmlassungen und Stellungnahmen; c) die Koordination von gemeinsamen Anliegen; und d) die Ausübung der Funktion als Ansprechgremium für die Kollegialregierung in wichtigen organisatorischen und personellen Fragen.
