§ 4 Zweck
Zweck der Unterrichtung nach § 34a Absatz 1a Satz 1 Nummer 2 der Gewerbeordnung ist es, Wachpersonen so zu befähigen, dass sie mit den für eine eigenverantwortliche Wahrnehmung von Bewachungsaufgaben erforderlichen Rechten und Pflichten sowie den damit verbundenen Befugnissen und deren praktischer Anwendung vertraut sind.
