Art. 11 Austritt
Dieses Konkordat tritt in Kraft, wenn ihm zehn Kantone beigetreten sind und wenn es vom Schweizerischen Bundesrat genehmigt worden ist. Inkrafttreten Von der Konferenz der kantonalen Erziehungsdirektoren beschlossen in Montreux, am 29. Oktober 1970. Der Regierungsrat des Kantons Aargau hat am 23. Oktober 1989 unter Vorbehalt des Referendums gemäss § 63 Abs. 1 lit. b der Kantonsverfassung den Beitritt des Kantons Aargau zu diesem Konkordat erklärt.
