Unzulässige oder offensichtlich unbegründete Anträge können durch einstimmigen Beschluß des Gerichts verworfen werden. Der Beschluß bedarf keiner weiteren Begründung, wenn der Antragsteller vorher auf die Bedenken gegen die Zulässigkeit oder Begründetheit seines Antrags hingewiesen worden ist.
