Die Vertretung der Partei bestimmt sich nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften, hilfsweise nach ihrer Satzung. Sind die Vertretungsberechtigten nicht feststellbar oder nicht vorhanden oder haben sie nach Eingang des Antrags beim Bundesverfassungsgericht gewechselt, so gelten als vertretungsberechtigt diejenigen Personen, die die Geschäfte der Partei während der Tätigkeit, die den Antrag veranlaßt hat, zuletzt tatsächlich geführt haben.
