Soweit gemäß Artikel 98 Abs. 5 Satz 2 des Grundgesetzes fortgeltendes Landesverfassungsrecht nichts Abweichendes bestimmt, gelten die Vorschriften dieses Abschnitts auch, wenn das Gesetz eines Landes für Landesrichter eine dem Artikel 98 Abs. 2 des Grundgesetzes entsprechende Regelung trifft.
